Mixed Vegetables Stir-fry

This vegetarian dish can be served as a side dish along with some meat dishes.

1 bowl of brocolli florets, discard thick stem
1 or 2 carrots, skin them and then slice on the slant
1 bowl of cauliflower florets
1 bowl of baby corn, sliced
one packet of Bunashimeji mushrooms
4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3/4 cup of water
1 level teaspoon salt
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a wok and saute the garlic for a few seconds. Add the vegetables, salt and water. Toss about. Add the sesame oil, oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Mix Cover for 1 minute. Uncover. Stir the ingredients. Cover again and cook for another minute. Uncover and vegetables should be done.
