Salad Dressing (Homemade)

It really makes a whole lot of difference in the taste to just make your own Salad dressing. It is fresh and you know its free from preservatives that are added to keep its shelf life longer in the markets. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons pure honey 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it with a wire whisk until it comes together as one. Pour into a small pouring cup or keep in a bottle until needed. Serve with any Salad.
